Now, it’s time to offer that same experience to you!
Many companies that launch their products in Japan need those boots on the ground, bilingual and knowledgeable to the Japanese demographic, to make launch parties a success. Additionally, there is a common misconception that all one needs to do for a party or event is to simply secure the venue and send an invite out.
There is a LOT more to Event Management than just that.
Phoenix Films will secure a location, a bilingual MC (if needed), and will also assist you in properly marketing the event to your target demographic here in Japan. We will work with you to make a flyer, secure an event photographer and videographer, create content for your SNS channels, and, importantly, secure valuable influencers here in Japan to attend your event!
Pricing and Conditions
We offer two packages initially for these events.
¥300,000 Package
This package secures a mid-size venue (max 50 attendees), along with drinks, food, and a photographer. Additional staff will cost extra.
These venues are available in the centralized Shibuya district of Tokyo, easy access for the majority of Tokyo’s population, but due to that, venue costs are a bit high and require up-front payment. Depending on the venue, this could cost you between ¥25,000 and ¥60,000 up front. We will negotiate payments.
¥500,000 Package
For ¥500,000, you get a much larger venue or an outdoor park venue, which brings in many more people (up to 200 potentially) to view your samples and products. Additionally, this will allow for more staff, including videographers, caterers, bartenders, and other services, depending on the venue and type of event. A good portion of this budget also goes towards promotional costs, including targeted SNS advertising and influencer advertising.
